“Afternoon Tea” Book Tag

You might associate afternoon tea with summer and being eaten in the garden on a sunny day but I think it’s just as nice in autumn, eaten in a nice cosy café during a rainy day. So, this is a good time to do this tag I found on Kristin Kraves Books.

It was originally created by The Incessant Bookworm.

norse mythology

I particularly savoured every moment of Neil Gaiman’s narration! He really did justice to the old stories.

heartstopper

Need I say more? Everyone needs to at least try this series.

doorway

All of the Wayward Children series could be finished in one sitting but don’t let their brevity fool you. Every book punches above its weight.

tea dragon society

They are so good for getting over a reading slump and just putting a smile on your face in general.

muse of nightmares

Strange the Dreamer blew me away too but I’ll have to give it to the second book. I had no idea how the author was going to bring this seemingly impossible situation to a satisfying conclusion but, oh my word, they delivered!

howl's moving castle

A fairly recent release but both the film and the book are a classic to me!

I tag anyone who feels like putting the kettle on and reading with lots of cake on hand!

I hope to see you again very soon.
